“Spread the Red: 150 Years of Spirit” will be the theme of Illinois State University’s Homecoming 2007 celebration, Oct. 8-14. Homecoming activities will highlight the University’s rich history and traditions as part of Illinois State’s yearlong sesquicentennial celebration.

Local resident donates $1 million to U-High and Illinois Wesleyan
John L. Wroan III, a retired Bloomington contractor and businessman, has donated $1 million worth of stock to University High School and Illinois Wesleyan University, both in Bloomington-Normal.

More than 50 ISNU alumnae form 'Fell Hall Girls'
Many young Midwestern women came to earn their college degrees at Illinois State Normal University during the centennial year of its existence in 1957.
