Staff in the Center

The Illinois State Alumni Center houses over 100 university and Illinois State University Foundation employees.

These offices include:

  • Alumni Relations/Alumni Association -- Coordinates alumni events, reunions, programs and services on behalf of the Alumni Association and Illinois State University.
  • Conference Services -- Manages a wide range of events for a diverse group of clients, from local and university-based organizations to state, national and international groups.
  • Donor and Information Services -- Provides the campus community with accountable, efficient, and innovative biographical, contribution, research, and database services in support of the University Advancement and Illinois State University missions.
  • Family/Internal Campaigns -- Manages the university-wide system for attracting, retaining, and tracking donations from current and retired employees.
  • Illinois State University Foundation -- The not-for-profit corporation which assists in developing and increasing education opportunities and the facilities of Illinois State University by receiving, holding, and administration of gifts with the primary objective of serving the education purposes of the University.
  • Office of Development -- Coordinates all department, college, and nonacademic unit efforts in fund raising for the University.
  • Office of the Vice President for University Advancement -- Division of campus which manages the image of Illinois State by cultivating relationships among our constituents and raising private funds to support university priorities.
  • University Marketing and Communications --Creates and manages marketing and licensing for the University.
