Class of 1986 Scholarship

The Class of 1986 Scholarship Fund was established in 1986 by the Illinois State University Class of ’86 Senior Challenge Advisory Committee. Scholarship awards in the amount of $500 each will be made annually.

Qualifications

  • Candidates for consideration for the Class of ’86 Scholarship Award must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average.
  • Have completed no less than 70 hours and no more than 90 hours of credit at time of application.
  • Have demonstrated leadership and participation in campus activities.
  • Have demonstrated academic excellence.
  • Submit appropriate typed application form and two letters of recommendation.
  • Candidates must not have previously been awarded a class of '85 or '86 Scholarship.

Deadline

The application deadline is March 31, 2008. All applications and corresponding supporting materials (letters, compositions, etc.) must be received by 4:30 p.m. on March 31, 2008, to be considered.
